Currently, we are expanding our team and looking for an individual highly experienced in IT project management who will be facilitating a continuous software development process.

We expect candidates to have the following skills:

• Successful experience in working for trading/brokerage/fintech business at a position of a project manager / product manager / product owner for more than 3 years
• Knowledge of trading and financial instruments, derivatives
• General understanding of modern technologies for backend and web development
• Deep knowledge in best practices at the management of agile teams
• Excellent skills in task tracking, setting up Agile boards and workflows, reporting (we use Jira)
• Successful experience in managing cross-functional IT teams
• Good analytical skills and ability to work with big data in a multitasking mode
• Exceptional communication skills
• Writing English C1

We consider the following skills as a strong advantage:

• Experience in trading stocks/derivatives/cryptocurrencies
• General knowledge of blockchain technologies
• Hands-on experience with DeFi applications on Ethereum and other platforms
• Background in code development
