Currently, we are expanding our development team and looking for an individual highly experienced in product development and product analytics who will be facilitating product building, user acquisition, hypothesis testing, and improving the customer life cycle.

We expect candidates to have the following skills:

• More than 3 years of experience as a product owner / senior analyst in a development team for financial companies
• Experience with financial derivatives and professional trading products is highly desirable
• Skills in developing user interfaces and flows (prototyping, detail in interface design, usability, UX writing, a sense of beauty)
• Proven experience in managing product teams (from planning and prototyping to new feature deployment)
• Good knowledge of approaches to web analytics and related tools
• Structural thinking and ability to prioritize the pipeline
• Deep empathy in modeling user behavior in sophisticated product flows
• Analytical (financial and technical) and organizational skills, with the ability to develop product strategy based on research, data, and industry trends
• Ability to understand sophisticated product concepts and financial models
• Excellent problem identification and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a rapidly changing, time-packed, and dynamic environment
• Mandatory spoken English and excellence in writing
