Currently, we are expanding our team and looking for an individual highly experienced in growth, product development, and marketing who will be facilitating user acquisition, hypothesis testing, and improving the customer life cycle.
We expect candidates to have the following skills:
- 5+ years of direct, growth-focused experience in digital marketing, B2B SaaS, preferably in the fintech industry or finance
- Proven experience in building marketing, PR, and brand strategy from the ground up
- Experience in managing organic user acquisition, including SEO and CRO
- Excellent skills in identifying growth opportunities and outlining an action plan to seize these opportunities
- Ability to understand sophisticated technical and financial concepts
- Structural thinking and ability to prioritize the pipeline
- Deep knowledge of product management and proven experience in working with product teams
- Hands-on experience in the analysis of customer funnels and user flows
- Strong skills in defining an appropriate tone of voice for marketing materials and content
- Excellency in preparing presentation decks and other marketing materials
- Perfection in presentations, pitches, and communication
- A data-driven approach to improving a chosen strategy
- Growth hacking mindset and motivation to constant experimentation
